DON'T BE AFRAID

JULY 17TH – CAPSULE 17

TOPIC: DON'T BE AFRAID

BIBLE TEXT: II TIMOTHY 1 VS 7 – For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but the spirit of power, and the spirit of love, and of a sound mind.

Dearly beloved in Christ, this verse is definitely for us to hold on to, and to activate all that God has given unto us in Christ Jesus. The ministry of Christ and the Apostles spoke of boldness, might and of love  everywhere they went as directed by the Holy Spirit. Let us also who are in Christ walk in this way, so we can fulfil all that God has instructed us to do by the spirit of Christ.
Don’t be afraid as a child of God. He has  promised, that He will be with us and be in us forever. John 14 vs 16-17. Don’t live in fear, it is very dangerous to do such because the devil uses fear to operate in his agenda to steal, kill and to destroy. Through fear, you can be easily manipulated and tormented. It can also lead to manifestation of that sole thing you gave birth to in your mind. Job 3 vs 25 – Job said, “for the “thing” which I “greatly” feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come  unto me”.
Don’t nurse fear or the thought of it. Job did that and that was where satan brought about the destruction and afflictions and deaths that Job suffered. Instead of living fearful, cast all your cares and burdens and worries on Jesus Christ for He cares for you and after you've done that, ask for the peace that only Christ giveth. I assure you, from today Jesus will strengthen you.

Prayer: Father in Heaven, I don’t want to live a life of fear anymore, I cast out every spirit of fear in Jesus name.

Insight: Don’t be afraid, child of God, concentrate on what God has given and live a life of peace.

NEITHER HEIGHT NOR DEPTH

Date - December 28th, 2021 Topic - NEITHER HEIGHT NOR DEPTH Bible Text - For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. - Romans 8:38-39 Your parents love you. You may be able to do something that makes them angry, but you will never be able to do anything that makes them stop loving you. Try to imagine this kind of love and then multiply it by infinity. That’s the love that Jesus has for you. That’s the love that God has for you. God made you. He loved you enough to create you. He loved you enough to give you free will. Then he loved you enough to give you his Son. He loved you enough to forgive you for turning away from him. This is an impossible love! This is a love that we may never understand. But we don’t have to understand it. We just have to a...

Breakfast with Jesus

DATE 24th June, 2023 TOPIC Breakfast with Jesus LIVING SCRIPTURE Psalm 65:4 KJV Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple. The Psalmist was a peculiar man and one that feared the LORD and walked in the paths of righteousness. In his meditation and Psalms, he learnt to dine with Jesus Christ early and through Psalms, from the 63rd to the 66th, he found a way to breakfast with Jesus. The first contact we should have everyday is Jesus Christ, to receive of His glorious satisfaction early, contentment and to be filled with the goodness and mercy He gives His children daily. When a child eats with his parents there's that joy and peace within, such comfort and full assurance. Jesus Christ always ate with our Heavenly Father while He was here on earth, He sought after the LORD daily and was satisfied with the glory and goodness of the Father. Each...

Forgiveness of Sins

DATE - April 7th, 2022 TOPIC - Forgiveness of Sins BIBLE TEXT - Acts 5:31 AMP God exalted Him to His right hand as Prince and Savior and Deliverer, in order to grant repentance to Israel, and [to grant] forgiveness of sins. Apostle Peter stood tall before the council (Sanhedrin, Jewish High Court) to speak with boldness about a God who Saves and sets free any sinner from the power of sin. As a man who has been shown mercy though a man once filled with sinful ways, the Holy Spirit quickened him through his personal testimony of experiencing true forgiveness of sins before the Jewish High Court. Peter was a local fisherman with no knowledge of the gospel truth, who lived as he pleased. Until he encountered Jesus when Christ was walking by the sea of Galilee and he spotted Simon Peter who was in his boat struggling to catch a few fishes for days. Like many out there today who are living in sin and still struggling to make ends meet, Jesus is passing through that street, area...
