THE ACCESS POINT

DATE: September 28, 2021

TOPIC: THE ACCESS POINT

BIBLE TEXT: Ephesians 1 vs. 3 – Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.

An access point serves a portal or access for devices to connect to a wired network. Looking at the anchor scripture, by revelation, Apostle Paul revealed the access point for believers to connect to our Heavenly Father. The name Jesus is a strong name, its bandwidth cannot be measured or calculated by any device or scientific tool/machine. The Bible describes that it covers eternity – Psalm 19 vs. 6: “His going forth (coverage) is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit (movement all the way round) unto the ends of it, and there is nothing hid from the heat (antenna/satellite) thereof.

God is awesome, such technology at work in the realm of the Spirit which controls the heavens, the earth and under the earth, was given to mankind as a gift from God. Are you connected to this network? Can you gain access to the Father? Paul said, “Who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ”. Therefore we need to connect to Jesus Christ by the Holy Spirit in order to gain access to the ready-made blessings awaiting our retrieval. Get connected through salvation and be baptized in the Holy Spirit and live a life of righteousness, blessing and grace in Christ Jesus.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I thank you for the gift of Christ in my life. I receive Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour and I receive grace to abide in Him in Jesus name.

Insight: get connected and stay connected.

MARY, DID YOU KNOW?

Date - December 19th, 2021 Topic - MARY, DID YOU KNOW? Bible Text - But the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary; you have found favor with God. You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus.” - Luke 1:30-31 If God had asked the women of Israel who wanted to be the mother of the Messiah, every one of them would have raised her hand. If they had known what that privilege would actually involve—becoming pregnant before marriage, enduring terrible gossip, watching helplessly as their Son was mocked, ridiculed, tortured and crucified—those hands would have come down in a hurry. Mary certainly didn’t volunteer for the job. And she was stunned to discover she’d been selected for such an important role. She handled the extraordinary situation with grace and humility. She asked one question to help her understand God’s plan, then agreed to it immediately. God has a plan for each of us. Ours may not be as earth-shattering as Mary’s. Ou...

THINKING GOD’S WAY

JULY 9TH – CAPSULE 9  TOPIC: THINKING GOD’S WAY  BIBLE TEXT: EPHESIANS 4VS23 – Be renewed in the spirit of your mind. How you process information and arrive at conclusions must always be subject to the will of God. Listen, “……….be made new in the attitude of your minds”. When you first start thinking Gods way, it will feel strange to you. It may even feel like a “put-on”. But it’s not. It works like this: you have to  (a). Practice being nice until you automatically become nice.  (b). Practice going to church on Sunday, until going anywhere else seems strange to you.  (c). Practice giving to God until it be comes as natural to you as shopping at the mall.  (d). Practice speaking the truth until even the smallest lie tastes bad in your mouth.  (e). Practice speaking kindness until every cynical, negative word is purged from your vocabulary. Its all a matter of practice! But you ask, “ isn’t that hypocritical – feeling one way and speaking an...

I Know Him

Date - January 25th, 2022 Topic - I Know Him Bible Tex t - Then [Jesus] asked them, “Who do you say I am?” Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”Matthew 16:15-16 How can people describe the ocean when they have not experienced it? How would they explain the waves that crash against the rocks or the shifting of the sand as the tide tugs at the shoreline? Are they able to put into words how the sand feels between their toes or describe the majesty of an endless blue horizon? Until they have taken a dip in the salty, white-frothed ocean, their descriptions would be limited. Perhaps that is why Jesus asked the disciples to define their faith in him on a personal level rather than rely on what others had to say about him. Jesus challenged them to base their definition of who he was on the reality of what they had seen, heard, and experienced about him.  Today, many stand in public platforms and attempt to define Jesus as a good man, a teach...
