TOPIC: The Narrow Path

BIBLE TEXT: Matthew 7v13&14 – Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in there at: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.


The road to eternity is a narrow path, with a single choice. There are no alternatives into eternity. It is either you walk through the narrow way into heaven or you follow the broad path that leads men (souls) to hell fire. God sent His only Son to die for mankind, creating the way, the truth and the life, to all who believe in Christ Jesus. It is either you make a choice to follow Jesus or you walk straight into hell.

Many are searching for this path in the wrong direction, places, traditions, customs, beliefs and religions but cannot find it there. Only those that hear about the Kingdom of Heaven coming soon and believe in Jesus Christ shall partake in the light at the end of the road. Are you on this path already as a child of God? Do not derail from it, or give in to distractions from the broad path (the worldly ways). Stick to Jesus by studying and meditating His words and by living a faithful and righteous life. 

Let us also preach the gospel to many souls out there, unsaved and misdirected, that we all may partake of the gift of God.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I choose the narrow path into eternal life, help me finish well.

Insight: Jesus Christ is the only way, the only truth, and the only giver of eternal/everlasting life.
