MANY SPARROWS

DATE: OCTOBER 30th, 2021

TOPIC: MANY SPARROWS

BIBLE TEXT: “Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God. Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.” - Luke 12:6-7

Have you ever really looked at a sparrow? They are small, insignificant birds. They don’t have flashy colors. They don’t sing loudly. They eat seeds and small insects. Sparrows are seemingly unimportant creatures, and yet not one of them is forgotten by God. In Matthew 10, Jesus tells us that not one sparrow will fall to the ground outside of our Father’s care (see vs. 29-30).

If God cares for the sparrows this much, how much more does he care for us? He made human beings last, in his own image, and put us in charge of the earth. We are of tremendous value to God. God knows our every thought, our every feeling. He is with us every second of every day. He knows exactly how many hairs are on our heads.

We are never insignificant to God. He takes care of the small, unimportant sparrow. How much more will he take care of us? God loves us. He will take care of us completely. For eternity.
1 Peter 5:7 AMP - casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully].

PRAYER
Dear God, thank you for caring about us. Thank you for valuing us. Please help us to remember how much you love us. Amen

INSIGHT
Remember the sparrow and you'll remember that God cares and is concerned about you.

NEITHER HEIGHT NOR DEPTH

Date - December 28th, 2021 Topic - NEITHER HEIGHT NOR DEPTH Bible Text - For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. - Romans 8:38-39 Your parents love you. You may be able to do something that makes them angry, but you will never be able to do anything that makes them stop loving you. Try to imagine this kind of love and then multiply it by infinity. That’s the love that Jesus has for you. That’s the love that God has for you. God made you. He loved you enough to create you. He loved you enough to give you free will. Then he loved you enough to give you his Son. He loved you enough to forgive you for turning away from him. This is an impossible love! This is a love that we may never understand. But we don’t have to understand it. We just have to a...

This world is full of sin and disobedience and selfishness, it has a wide gate welcoming everyone and it's paths are broad to gather much people in order to destroy their lives. Looking for the easy way is looking for death, it is an invitation to false spirits that corrupts and pollutes. Let us seek to know the true path that leads to life and life in...

PECULIAR PEOPLE

Date πŸ“… 31st August, 2022 Topic Peculiar People  Living Scripture 1 Peter 2:9 KJV But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: In the beginning God the Father was and is and is to come for a particular kind of people as He once did with Adam and eve in Eden. He created the heavens and the earth and everything that lives and breathes. And by the power of His Word He made man in His own image and likeness. Therefore man was made right from the beginning to be peculiar and fit for the glory of God. There was no plan in God's holy palm to reduce man to a pauper, it was our sinful ways and disobedience that caused us to fall short of this beautiful inheritance our first father once partook of. A peculiar People stands different, out of the ordinary, unusual and unpredictable from a specific clan or place. The scripture reads t...
