Topic - Who May Enter ?

Bible Text - Who may worship in your sanctuary, Lord? Who may enter your presence on your holy hill? Those who lead blameless lives and do what is right, speaking the truth from sincere hearts. - Psalm 15:1-2

When we kneel at the altar, we present our hearts in reverent worship to God. It is our inward sacrifice of praise. In these verses the psalmist presents another side of worship—the worship that praises God with our lives. We offer this type of worship when we live in integrity and honesty in everyday situations.

We offer it when we treat others with fairness in business deals and speak highly of others no matter who is listening. When we avoid the bitter tongue of gossip, tell the truth instead of resorting to a lie, or keep a promise we have made even at great cost, we are showing that our lives are a living sacrifice of worship to God.

I’m thankful that we don’t have to be perfect to worship God. No one is without fault. However, when we endeavor to worship God through the way we live our lives, we offer him more than a show of worship. We present him with a heartbeat that sincerely desires to please him. Ask God today to help you live in such a way that your life is an offering of praise to his name.

PRAYER
• Heavenly Father, I am far from perfect, but I desire to serve you in integrity and honesty. I realize that others watch my life and that my daily decisions influence others. I pray that they will see you in both my words and my actions.

• Dear Lord, I sincerely desire to worship you not only with my heart but with my character. Help me to live a blameless life. Only you can do this.

• May I speak your truth from a sincere heart so that you will receive the glory and honor you deserve.

INSIGHT
The heart that is not entrusted to God for his searching, will not be undertaken by him for cleansing.

Capsule One - (WHAT DO YOU WANT SO BADLY?)

May 1st – Capsule 1 TOPIC: WHAT DO YOU WANT SO BADLY? BIBLE TEXT: Let us lay aside every weight and sin which easily beset us … Hebrews 12 vs. 1 You will start getting well when getting well is what matters most to you. Let your desperation drive you beyond concern about the opinions of others. As long as you are more conscious of people than you are of God, you will never get what you need. When Hannah, Samuel’s mother, prayed in the temple, there was so much locked inside her that when she began to pray and pour her heart out, Eli thought she was drunk (see 1 Samuel 1 vs. 13). God is raising up people who will confound us – radical Christians. Like those on the day of Pentecost, they were hungry for God. They will raise the roof to get to Jesus. They had carefully laid plans, and cry like blind Bartimaeus, “Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me” (Mark 10 vs. 47). When you are blind, all that matters is receiving your sight. When it looks like there’s no way out fo...

FELLOWSHIP

Date 📅 24th November, 2022 Topic Fellowship (koinonia) Living Scripture Matthew 18:20 KJV For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. Wherever believers are gathered in the name of Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, there the Lord comes to fellowship. In heaven the celestials cease not to give due worship to God and the LAMB of God, it's a constant tradition of divine communion and fellowship. It is not every gathering that men calls Jesus Christ that he attends, the scripture states that these candidates for fellowship must be in the name of Jesus Christ. They must be saved to even think of gathering for the purpose of intimacy and fellowship. Two thieves were hung up on the cross with the person of Christ, but only one that repented and believed in the Kingdom of Heaven and Christ, that received attention from Jesus. To gather in fellowship with the Lord as a family this morning, we must all be in Him. Our devotion will not be c...

No Weakness In Heaven

Date 📅 14th October, 2022 Topic No Weakness In Heaven Living Scripture Matthew 5:48 KJV Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. Heaven is a place to dream about, a place where our Heavenly Father dwells. It is not the skies we see or the galaxy of wide space we watch on the satellite and internet. The Bible records that Heaven is God's throne, a place where there are innumerable hosts of angels serving the LORD. There's no weakness in God's presence, for His glory and power radiates through the whole existence. Every biblical angel as described are very powerful and well coordinated. So is everyone born of God. Our Lord Jesus Christ came from Heaven and taught us what Heaven is like. And all the illustrations given in the four gospel of Christ were full of maturity and perfection. God wants us to be like Him that's why we are made in His image and glory though resident here on earth but of the commonwealth of Heaven. Wit...
