Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.



There is a language that pleases our Heavenly Father, and it is the language of faith. Every profitable child of God from the beginning of time spoke and lived by faith. They accomplished much because they pleased God. We are meant for greatness and only through faith therein lies our achievements. Faith comes alive when we listen to the voice of Christ Jesus through the Holy scripture and also when we believe what God's word says.

Our anchor scripture reads that an upright man i.e. a man that fears God and lives in righteousness is sustained through life by faith but a backsliding christian or a lukewarm believer irritates the soul of Jesus. Faith is the pillar of both spiritual and physical foundations. God spoke by faith and created the Sun, the Moon and the stars, which till date are still standing in their places giving glory to God. By faith the earth came to be, the heavens and everything that was made.

We have the greatest tool and weapon any soul or spirit will ever need. Faith is primary, with it every child of God will be victorious. Our Lord Jesus Christ lived a life of faith that made our Father on Heaven to testify twice of Him. Let us study more of God's word and act on it accordingly to do all that is written therein and the results will truly be amazing and a testimony for generations to come.

• O LORD I want to live a life of faith, help me to be a doer of your word.
• O Father make my life a testimony of your faithful works unto many generations in Jesus name.
