Topic
The Potter's Work

Living Scripture
Isaiah 64:8 KJV
But now, O Lord, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.
Study also (Jeremiah 18:1-6)

King David was a special man, he understood the ways of the LORD and prospered by it. He observed the heavens and the earth then began meditating on the works of God - Psalm 19:1 KJV: The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Also he went further to worship God in Psalm 8:3-4 KJV - When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; [4] What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? David knew his place and frame that's why he surrendered all he had to serving the LORD. How great are the works of the LORD God, nothing was made without Him, The creator of creation.

The potter plays the most important role in the life of a vessel. A Vessel becomes beautiful or mar, this depends on the creator's touch. Our Heavenly Father made us (built us, crafted us and designed us) man and woman uniquely to show forth His praise and fulfill purpose and destiny here on earth. The devil never created any man but can damage or pollute a vessel meant for God's beauty. The rich fool forgot he was made and soon forgot he was but clay in the Potter's hand. King Nebuchadnezzar suffered for letting pride and unclean spirits enter into his heart but God dealt with him right on his throne. Lucifer forgot he was made also and was thrown out of heaven and fell to the earth in shame and loss.

Always remember that you are clay in God's mighty hands. Let Him fix you when you are broken, let Him mold you when you need growth, let Him beautify you and let Him use you when you are ready and fit for use. God our maker is the only one that comprehends man's nature and usability. Don't give in to the devil, he will pour contempt and make you vile and unfit for glory as he did eve and the fallen man. Take heed beloved, and steer clear of sin and disobedience.

PRAYER CAPSULE
• Heavenly Father, maker of the Heavens and the earth, I recognize your hand work and I give you glory due to your name.
• Thank you great Potter, behold I present my life (my vessel) to you, please wash away my filth by the blood of Jesus and use me as you please.

INSIGHT PILL 💊
Remember that you were made by the Hands of the greatest Potter alive in heaven and on earth.

Capsule One - (WHAT DO YOU WANT SO BADLY?)

May 1st – Capsule 1 TOPIC: WHAT DO YOU WANT SO BADLY? BIBLE TEXT: Let us lay aside every weight and sin which easily beset us … Hebrews 12 vs. 1 You will start getting well when getting well is what matters most to you. Let your desperation drive you beyond concern about the opinions of others. As long as you are more conscious of people than you are of God, you will never get what you need. When Hannah, Samuel’s mother, prayed in the temple, there was so much locked inside her that when she began to pray and pour her heart out, Eli thought she was drunk (see 1 Samuel 1 vs. 13). God is raising up people who will confound us – radical Christians. Like those on the day of Pentecost, they were hungry for God. They will raise the roof to get to Jesus. They had carefully laid plans, and cry like blind Bartimaeus, “Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me” (Mark 10 vs. 47). When you are blind, all that matters is receiving your sight. When it looks like there’s no way out fo...

DO TI NOW

May 11th – Capsule 11 TOPIC : DO IT NOW BIBLE TEXT : Redeeming the time, because the days are evil – Ephesians 5 vs. 16 How many times have you said, “I will do it tomorrow?” sometimes you put somethings off because you don’t think you know enough, can’t do it well enough. The fact is, there is no magic age at which excellence emerges and quality suddenly surfaces. Thomas Jefferson was 33 when he drafted the Declaration of Independence. Charles Dickens was 24 when he began his Pickwick Papers, and 25 when he wrote Oliver Twist. Newton was 24 when he formulated The Law of Gravity. A second danger is to think that creativity and invention belong to the young. Not so! Emmanuel Kant wrote his finest philosophical work at age 74. Verdi at 80 produced crossing the Bar, and Michelangelo completed his greatest work at 87, Moses was 80 when he led God’s people out of Egypt and 120 when he got to Canaan. Seize the day! Redeem the new moments of your life. Because the time and age ...
