Matthew 7:14 KJV
Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.



Jesus taught the people and He is teaching us this morning to follow His voice into the narrow path or the uncommon or avoided path of life. The narrow way leads God's children into righteousness and holiness and a definite direction. The ways of God are totally unsual and mysterious but we must learn to trust and have faith in Him, He has never failed. Our Lord Jesus Christ followed the narrow path of faith until the cross, He took no shortcuts nor detour away from His paths but was focused and determined.

This narrow path is only accessible to few brethren in Christ out of the many creations of God. This is the way leading to life and life in abundance. Don't be distracted by the pleasures and enticements of this world it will only confuse and ensnare a child of God. We have victory in Christ Jesus who is the author and finisher of our faith. Let Jesus guide you through this path of life, He is the lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path.

The disciples of Christ Jesus followed this part and were glorified likewise the apostle Paul and everyone in Him seeking the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. Wide is the gate that trends and the world rejoices after many that walk through it's doors. Choose the narrow path because in it our joy will be full and our ways will please the Lord. There are tough decisions to make in the narrow path, love to embrace, kindness and forgiveness, truth to desire and grace to carry on.

The road to eternity is a narrow path, with a single choice. There are no alternatives into eternity. It is either you walk through the narrow way into heaven or you follow the broad path that leads men (souls) to hell fire. It usually takes weeks or sometimes days for the leaves to grow or sprout and then it takes years before it can produce those edible mango fruits which we all like to chew.
