Living Scripture
John 6:39-40 KJV
And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. [40] And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.


It is very important to know this kingdom truth, and every child of God must come to understand the Will of the Father. Jesus carried the Father's words and authority with the whole of His life. He understood the role of the Father and served the LORD until His death. Jesus Christ taught about the perfect prayer and indicated properly the place of the will of God in our lives. "Thy Kingdom come and thy Will be done". 

The Will of God is perfect and carries everything fitting for everyone who believes in Christ. It is often our refusal of God's Word and Will that leads to tragedy and great errors in life. We see the life of King Saul how his kingdom was cut short because he disobeyed the will of God, Adam and Eve at the garden of Eden also lost their covering, King Solomon left God when he disobeyed the voice of instruction. Many people in the scripture sighted as examples for us to decide our fate.

Yes our God is merciful and gracious but He won't force His perfect Will on us. He wants a relationship with understanding and true intimacy, which comes alive through total submission to His will. Men who surrendered all to God's perfect Will never regretted, Father Abraham was blessed because he followed through till the end, likewise Isaac, Jacob, Job, Daniel and many great believers today. The choice is ours this morning, choose either to totally surrender to God's perfect Will or live by your self.
