LIVING SCRIPTURE
Acts 10:2 KJV
A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway.

Cornelius was a dedicated man to the ways of giving and blessing the people around him because he loved God. This simple act of love and kindness is the way Christ Jesus wants us to adopt, that we should be dedicated givers. The first giver that is still dedicated to the giving commission and will still give is our Heavenly Father. For He loved us so much that He created a planet for us to rule and dwell and when sin separated us from Him, He gave His most priced possession - Jesus Christ the Son of the living God to die for the world. He gives and gives...

Dedication to the call of expressing love and kindness to our neighbors is the way of the Lord. A true believer is a giver and should follow the way of love - Agape (the giving love). Giving is spiritual, it takes one who's heart looks beyond self to be able to give freely to people whether they deserve it or not. There are many unbelievers today out there like Cornelius that gives dedicatedly and receive the blessing of God because their heart desires the goodness of God. And when such people encounter Jesus Christ, their giving becomes a way and a light to their world.

Believers today spend so much on themselves than the church or a neighbor. We see many giving their worst than their best. A believer can use a huge sum to acquire things for themselves but thinks of change when it comes to offerings, seeds, charity/welfare. Imagine having God but serving with a poor mentality. Let us adopt the way of father Abraham who gave so much that his entire household never lacked, lot went blessed, and strangers were passing by and he cared for them and he received a miracle word. King David and Solomon also, were dedicated givers to the Lord and the people. We can win more souls if we also reach out to many as a means of evangelism and care for their needs by giving..

TO-DO
Show love to someone this week and give dedicatedly.

PRAYER
Heavenly Father I need the grace to be able to give dedicatedly to as many as you direct me to and to your cause O LORD.

Help dear LORD to come out of my self-absorbed ways..

INSIGHT
It is more blessed to give..

NEITHER HEIGHT NOR DEPTH

Date - December 28th, 2021 Topic - NEITHER HEIGHT NOR DEPTH Bible Text - For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. - Romans 8:38-39 Your parents love you. You may be able to do something that makes them angry, but you will never be able to do anything that makes them stop loving you. Try to imagine this kind of love and then multiply it by infinity. That’s the love that Jesus has for you. That’s the love that God has for you. God made you. He loved you enough to create you. He loved you enough to give you free will. Then he loved you enough to give you his Son. He loved you enough to forgive you for turning away from him. This is an impossible love! This is a love that we may never understand. But we don’t have to understand it. We just have to a...

Breakfast with Jesus

DATE 24th June, 2023 TOPIC Breakfast with Jesus LIVING SCRIPTURE Psalm 65:4 KJV Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple. The Psalmist was a peculiar man and one that feared the LORD and walked in the paths of righteousness. In his meditation and Psalms, he learnt to dine with Jesus Christ early and through Psalms, from the 63rd to the 66th, he found a way to breakfast with Jesus. The first contact we should have everyday is Jesus Christ, to receive of His glorious satisfaction early, contentment and to be filled with the goodness and mercy He gives His children daily. When a child eats with his parents there's that joy and peace within, such comfort and full assurance. Jesus Christ always ate with our Heavenly Father while He was here on earth, He sought after the LORD daily and was satisfied with the glory and goodness of the Father. Each...

Forgiveness of Sins

DATE - April 7th, 2022 TOPIC - Forgiveness of Sins BIBLE TEXT - Acts 5:31 AMP God exalted Him to His right hand as Prince and Savior and Deliverer, in order to grant repentance to Israel, and [to grant] forgiveness of sins. Apostle Peter stood tall before the council (Sanhedrin, Jewish High Court) to speak with boldness about a God who Saves and sets free any sinner from the power of sin. As a man who has been shown mercy though a man once filled with sinful ways, the Holy Spirit quickened him through his personal testimony of experiencing true forgiveness of sins before the Jewish High Court. Peter was a local fisherman with no knowledge of the gospel truth, who lived as he pleased. Until he encountered Jesus when Christ was walking by the sea of Galilee and he spotted Simon Peter who was in his boat struggling to catch a few fishes for days. Like many out there today who are living in sin and still struggling to make ends meet, Jesus is passing through that street, area...
