LIVING SCRIPTURE
1 Peter 5:7 KJV
Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.



A worry can be a bug that disturbs the balance of sanity or a destructive pest eating the greens of life. Worrying makes the mind unsettled and unstable, and he that is unstable cannot reason well or function properly. This why Christ Jesus speaks to every mind this morning, telling us not to worry or fret. There's one thing that will never end also until Jesus Christ returns to take us home and that is, our cares and needs. We need this and that, we want to perform our duties and carry out responsibilities but we oftentimes fail to handle it through the right channel. Many have aged faster than their mates because of express worries and some have fallen to illness of sorts.

God our Heavenly Father is fully aware of our cares and burdens but will not do anything until we direct our minds through Jesus Christ. His word says: Isaiah 26:3 KJV
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee : because he trusteth in thee. This is a principle we must follow to gain calmness and peace over every issue of life bugging our minds. It's very easy to say to a friend, "don't worry mate" but that's just the first phase. It takes one that trust in God by repeatedly studying, praying, meditating and speaking the Word of God. A believer can also wing into endless worship and adoration on to our God and Father, this is the way of peace that cancels worries.


TO-DO
Apply the principle of God's Word and witness the power of the LORD at work in giving you peace over worries.

PRAYER
Heavenly Father I want to learn to build my mind and heart on your words help me in Jesus name.

Lord Jesus Christ I trust in you, help me to be deeply rooted in your words of life as I study, meditate and pray.

INSIGHT
Worries cause confusion, let go of everything and hand them over to Jesus Christ.
