No Worries

LIVING SCRIPTURE
1 Peter 5:7 KJV
Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

A worry can be a bug that disturbs the balance of sanity or a destructive pest eating the greens of life. Worrying makes the mind unsettled and unstable, and he that is unstable cannot reason well or function properly. This why Christ Jesus speaks to every mind this morning, telling us not to worry or fret. There's one thing that will never end also until Jesus Christ returns to take us home and that is, our cares and needs. We need this and that, we want to perform our duties and carry out responsibilities but we oftentimes fail to handle it through the right channel. Many have aged faster than their mates because of express worries and some have fallen to illness of sorts.

God our Heavenly Father is fully aware of our cares and burdens but will not do anything until we direct our minds through Jesus Christ. His word says: Isaiah 26:3 KJV
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee : because he trusteth in thee. This is a principle we must follow to gain calmness and peace over every issue of life bugging our minds. It's very easy to say to a friend, "don't worry mate" but that's just the first phase. It takes one that trust in God by repeatedly studying, praying, meditating and speaking the Word of God. A believer can also wing into endless worship and adoration on to our God and Father, this is the way of peace that cancels worries.

TO-DO
Apply the principle of God's Word and witness the power of the LORD at work in giving you peace over worries.

PRAYER
Heavenly Father I want to learn to build my mind and heart on your words help me in Jesus name.

Lord Jesus Christ I trust in you, help me to be deeply rooted in your words of life as I study, meditate and pray.

INSIGHT
Worries cause confusion, let go of everything and hand them over to Jesus Christ.

IT RUBS OFF

AUGUST 9th - CAPSULE 9 TOPIC: IT RUBS OFF BIBLE TEXT: Exodus 34 vs. 29 – His face glowed from being in the presence of God. You can only talk convincingly about the God you know, the one you’ve spent time with. Any other God belongs in a theology book, and you will have a hard time selling Him. When Moses came down from the mountain, his face shone. He had been in God’s presence, and when you’ve been there it shows in the way you look, the way you walk and talk, the way you treat your family, the way you spend your money and the way you respond to hurting people. It rubs off!   Paul Cain says “most of us are as close to God as we want to be”. Think about it “Draw nigh to God, and He will draw nigh to you” (James 4 vs. 8). How could you possibly be the same when you’ve been with Him? He transforms everything He touches. Listen – He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty” (Psalm 91 vs. 1). He didn’t say “visit” or...

The Good Slow

DATE 📅 19th September, 2022 TOPIC The Good Slow LIVING SCRIPTURE Habakkuk 2:3 KJV For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. A mango tree starts from a seed planted in the soil, from a mango fruit. It usually takes weeks or sometimes days for the leaves to grow or sprout and then it takes years before it can produce those edible mango fruits which we all like to chew. Likewise a young child cannot start behaving like a grown man or handling responsibilities automatically. Just like the fruits that once started as a seed, so is the LORD'S work everyday for His children if only we believe that it is settled. To tarry is to delay a thing or a matter, but the Lord said, it will surely come to pass it will no longer delay. Sometimes we experience the tarrying process and many think God is slow and not responsive to their needs. Many seek out alternati...

Heaven

Date 📅 25th November, 2022 Topic Heaven (Trading Talents) Living Scripture Matthew 25:14 KJV For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods. The Kingdom of Heaven was described by our Lord Jesus Christ in various descriptive narratives pointing out the hidden truth in several parables. Heaven contains important life lessons on the purpose of every child of God here on earth and finding it makes the will of God visible to us and achievable here on earth. This morning we see Heaven from the business man perspective, enriching and equipping His own servants with goods that are all profitable. Heaven is real and Christ Jesus only invest in His own servants. God doesn't bless a mess, He works with as many who believes in Christ Jesus His Son who died for the world. God instructs His Son to deposit into every child of His talents that will favor them, show that they are useful and can work with Heaven....
