Joshua 8:1 KJV
And the Lord said unto Joshua, Fear not, neither be thou dismayed: take all the people of war with thee, and arise, go up to Ai: see, I have given into thy hand the king of Ai, and his people, and his city, and his land:




The voice of the LORD indeed builds our strength and confidence not only in battle but also in everything we face and are faced with. When God Speaks, it will surely come to pass because His words are yes and Amen. Ai were a people so small but troubled Israel, this happened in the days of Joshua the servant of God. No nation dare to defeat them because God was with them and His words backed them up. But this small Ai ridiculed Israel because of the sin Achan committed and God's words ceased from backing them because of disobedience and iniquity.

The voice of the LORD speaks over those who are obedient, loyal and submissive to His perfect will. And unknown to Joshua, he sent the people out to battle and they lost. This made Joshua to go before the LORD to seek where they missed it because His words did not back then up. And the LORD spoke and the sin was located and eradicated, thus God's word came to Joshua which built up his confidence and the children of Israel went against Ai and destroyed them utterly. When God Speaks so many things fall in place (Marriages, homes, ministries, nations, cities, government, career, education, businesses etc..). Sin and disobedience must be avoided as they can hinder us from receiving the voice of victory.

Question - Is God involved in all you do?

Heavenly Father have mercy on me and my actions and teach me by your Holy Spirit and Words to wait for your leading and backing in everything I do in Jesus name.

I shall matter where it matters most.
