Trusting the LORD is a blessing to God's children as it drives away the thoughts of unrest and troubles away from us. When we believe in Christ Jesus, we believe in the victory of the cross and the resurrection power and in the Holy Spirit. It is quite easy for many to believe in LORD God Almighty our Heavenly Father but our belief is not complete if we don't believe in Jesus Christ His dear Son. This stands as the truth but the Pharisees rejected it and stained the house of Israel with heresies and lies and many elects till date don't believe in Jesus Christ. Likewise the children of Abraham from Ishmael who deeply believe in God but reject the truth that they should also believe in Christ Jesus the Son of God. DATE 26th June, 2023 TOPIC   Walking in His Shoes LIVING SCRIPTURE John 14:21 KJV He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. Jesus Christ walked in His Father's shoes by listening and obeying every command of God in love. His daily dealings where rooted in the ways our Heavenly Father did and it became a habit for Jesus Christ to talk like God, walk like Him, pray like Him and love like He loves, that brought the expression of Walking in God's shoes. Aside Christ Jesus, we hardly see any man on earth that can do that successfully but now we can by the grace of God by simply walking in Christ's shoes. DATE 24th June, 2023 TOPIC Breakfast with Jesus LIVING SCRIPTURE Psalm 65:4 KJV Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple. The Psalmist was a peculiar man and one that feared the LORD and walked in the paths of righteousness. In his meditation and Psalms, he learnt to dine with Jesus Christ early and through Psalms, from the 63rd to the 66th, he found a way to breakfast with Jesus. The first contact we should have everyday is Jesus Christ, to receive of His glorious satisfaction early, contentment and to be filled with the goodness and mercy He gives His children daily. When a child eats with his parents there's that joy and peace within, such comfort and full assurance.
