BIBLE TEXT: Everyone has heard about your obedience, so I rejoice because of you; but I want you to be wise about what is good, and innocent about what is evil. - Romans 16:19


There was a quiet woman who lived in a small town her name was Laura. She was very busy at home, taking care of her children and animals and tending her garden, so she didn’t even go out much. Yet everyone knew that Laura was a Christian. Even though most people in the town didn’t know her personally, everyone knew that she lived for the Lord. And when there was a crisis, when someone was sick and dying, or abused and scared, or grieving and confused, they came to Laura’s door.

Paul opens his letter to the Romans by telling them, “Your faith is being reported all over the world” (Romans 1:8). Sixteen chapters later, he uses the verse above to help close his letter. Obviously, the believers in Rome had a widespread reputation for faith and obedience.

Word travels. Obedient believers attract attention. As followers of Jesus, we are not supposed to blend in with the world around us. 

PRAYER
Dear God, thank you for the Bible. Please help us to be obedient to your Word. Amen.

Date 📅 25th November, 2022 Topic Heaven (Trading Talents) Living Scripture Matthew 25:14 KJV For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods. The Kingdom of Heaven was described by our Lord Jesus Christ in various descriptive narratives pointing out the hidden truth in several parables. Heaven contains important life lessons on the purpose of every child of God here on earth and finding it makes the will of God visible to us and achievable here on earth. This morning we see Heaven from the business man perspective, enriching and equipping His own servants with goods that are all profitable. Heaven is real and Christ Jesus only invest in His own servants. God doesn't bless a mess, He works with as many who believes in Christ Jesus His Son who died for the world. God instructs His Son to deposit into every child of His talents that will favor them, show that they are useful and can work with Heaven....

The road to eternity is a narrow path, with a single choice. There are no alternatives into eternity. It is either you walk through the narrow way into heaven or you follow the broad path that leads men (souls) to hell fire.
