THE BLOOD OF JESUS

DATE: 22nd OCTOBER, 2021

TOPIC: THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST

BIBLE TEXT: Romans 8:34 KJV
Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

We are so grateful that it was Jesus Christ who died for mankind and not man. The blood of Abel cries out for vengeance while the blood of Jesus Christ cries out mercy for the world, for the sinner and the saints in this world. Oh! What a wonderful plea. Jesus holds nothing against anyone, all he did was to pay a vital price. He held no grudge, no offence taken, no malice bought, no anger carried to the grave. None! Nothing against the wicked and envious Jews nor the Pharisees and scribes. He held nothing against Pilate for flogging him and ripping off his flesh. No! Not even they soldiers that spat on him and gambled for his garments.

Even the soldier that slapped Jesus Christ on behalf of the Pharisees was forgiven. He forgave all his enemies/confused and blinded Children, "for they know not what they do" he said. What a marvelous experience we have that builds our hope in Christ Jesus. He is the reason we hope to see our Father in Heaven. The blood of Jesus that cries out mercy is available this morning.
Will you let Christ wash you clean?
• Are you willing to believe in Jesus and trust your life into his saving hand, to be your LORD and Saviour?
And be a partaker of the gift of eternal life and a portion of his kingdom accessible by the blood of Jesus.

Prayer - Heavenly Father, I plead your blood that speaks mercy before your throne of Grace over my sinful life, have mercy on me in Jesus name.

Insight - His blood is a forgiving Spirit

MARY, DID YOU KNOW?

Date - December 19th, 2021 Topic - MARY, DID YOU KNOW? Bible Text - But the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary; you have found favor with God. You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus.” - Luke 1:30-31 If God had asked the women of Israel who wanted to be the mother of the Messiah, every one of them would have raised her hand. If they had known what that privilege would actually involve—becoming pregnant before marriage, enduring terrible gossip, watching helplessly as their Son was mocked, ridiculed, tortured and crucified—those hands would have come down in a hurry. Mary certainly didn’t volunteer for the job. And she was stunned to discover she’d been selected for such an important role. She handled the extraordinary situation with grace and humility. She asked one question to help her understand God’s plan, then agreed to it immediately. God has a plan for each of us. Ours may not be as earth-shattering as Mary’s. Ou...

THINKING GOD’S WAY

JULY 9TH – CAPSULE 9  TOPIC: THINKING GOD’S WAY  BIBLE TEXT: EPHESIANS 4VS23 – Be renewed in the spirit of your mind. How you process information and arrive at conclusions must always be subject to the will of God. Listen, “……….be made new in the attitude of your minds”. When you first start thinking Gods way, it will feel strange to you. It may even feel like a “put-on”. But it’s not. It works like this: you have to  (a). Practice being nice until you automatically become nice.  (b). Practice going to church on Sunday, until going anywhere else seems strange to you.  (c). Practice giving to God until it be comes as natural to you as shopping at the mall.  (d). Practice speaking the truth until even the smallest lie tastes bad in your mouth.  (e). Practice speaking kindness until every cynical, negative word is purged from your vocabulary. Its all a matter of practice! But you ask, “ isn’t that hypocritical – feeling one way and speaking an...

I Know Him

Date - January 25th, 2022 Topic - I Know Him Bible Tex t - Then [Jesus] asked them, “Who do you say I am?” Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”Matthew 16:15-16 How can people describe the ocean when they have not experienced it? How would they explain the waves that crash against the rocks or the shifting of the sand as the tide tugs at the shoreline? Are they able to put into words how the sand feels between their toes or describe the majesty of an endless blue horizon? Until they have taken a dip in the salty, white-frothed ocean, their descriptions would be limited. Perhaps that is why Jesus asked the disciples to define their faith in him on a personal level rather than rely on what others had to say about him. Jesus challenged them to base their definition of who he was on the reality of what they had seen, heard, and experienced about him.  Today, many stand in public platforms and attempt to define Jesus as a good man, a teach...
