DATE 28th April, 2023 TOPIC Jesus Prayed for You LIVING SCRIPTURE John 17:24 KJV Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world. Our redeemer moments before He suffered physically the crucifixion and death and resurrection, He prayed a unique prayer for all who believes in Him. The word of God this morning brings to our understanding this truth which says, Jesus Christ the Son of God wants you to be where He is currently, in victory, in healing, in dominion, triumphing daily, in the presence of the Almighty Father, at the right hand of God where only the Lamb of God sits. In this world there are many things that are very disturbing, and may lead to an unstable mind. The cares and responsibilities in this world is unending therefore making the vast majority of the earth to be on a worry circle. When our Lord Jesus Christ was on earth, He lived a worry free life, not a single could weigh Him down because He totally depended on the Father. This morning a very special personality must come into our homes and lives. Who is this person? Psalm 24 describes His Majesty, a royal person, one with glory and splendor, full of might and power. But He doesn't just come into our lives and homes just like that! Many people today prefer to part in Christ Jesus and part in the world, now these are pretenders, confusionist and deceivers of themselves because God knows His children not by dressing, title or group but by the heart. Jesus Christ taught that we must have one Master, just like the human eye needs to focus for us to see properly and cannot be divided in vision, so must every child of God decide on whom to serve.
