LIVING SCRIPTURE

John 9:5 KJV

[5] As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.

The light of God is very important to us as we must maximize the provisions of God given to us by grace. Christ Jesus walked here on earth thousands of years ago, and He walked in the light of God. We see from the Holy Bible that Christ never stumbled in decision making, in choosing friends and disciples, in His journeys and ministrations because He constantly walked in the light of God. The light of God comes by the word of God and the Spirit of God.

We need both the Holy Spirit and the Word in order to see where we are to go in life and destiny. The more of Christ we have in us the brighter we become. Also how bright a child of God is determines the growth spiritually and physically. Anyone that walks in darkness cannot see, will always stumble, will make bad decisions. Many desires to make heaven where our Heavenly Father dwells and that's where Lucifer fell from because he refused to walk in the light. Also we see how Judas Iscariot stumbled and lost his throne among the apostles of Christ Jesus because of the darkness he walked in.

Choose the light and become a light that men may see you and see the good works of our Heavenly Father and glorify Him.

IT RUBS OFF

AUGUST 9th - CAPSULE 9 TOPIC: IT RUBS OFF BIBLE TEXT: Exodus 34 vs. 29 – His face glowed from being in the presence of God. You can only talk convincingly about the God you know, the one you’ve spent time with. Any other God belongs in a theology book, and you will have a hard time selling Him. When Moses came down from the mountain, his face shone. He had been in God’s presence, and when you’ve been there it shows in the way you look, the way you walk and talk, the way you treat your family, the way you spend your money and the way you respond to hurting people. It rubs off! Paul Cain says “most of us are as close to God as we want to be”. Think about it “Draw nigh to God, and He will draw nigh to you” (James 4 vs. 8). How could you possibly be the same when you’ve been with Him? He transforms everything He touches. Listen – He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty” (Psalm 91 vs. 1). He didn’t say “visit” or...

The Good Slow

DATE 📅 19th September, 2022 TOPIC The Good Slow LIVING SCRIPTURE Habakkuk 2:3 KJV For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. A mango tree starts from a seed planted in the soil, from a mango fruit. It usually takes weeks or sometimes days for the leaves to grow or sprout and then it takes years before it can produce those edible mango fruits which we all like to chew. Likewise a young child cannot start behaving like a grown man or handling responsibilities automatically. Just like the fruits that once started as a seed, so is the LORD'S work everyday for His children if only we believe that it is settled. To tarry is to delay a thing or a matter, but the Lord said, it will surely come to pass it will no longer delay. Sometimes we experience the tarrying process and many think God is slow and not responsive to their needs. Many seek out alternati...

Heaven

Date 📅 25th November, 2022 Topic Heaven (Trading Talents) Living Scripture Matthew 25:14 KJV For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods. The Kingdom of Heaven was described by our Lord Jesus Christ in various descriptive narratives pointing out the hidden truth in several parables. Heaven contains important life lessons on the purpose of every child of God here on earth and finding it makes the will of God visible to us and achievable here on earth. This morning we see Heaven from the business man perspective, enriching and equipping His own servants with goods that are all profitable. Heaven is real and Christ Jesus only invest in His own servants. God doesn't bless a mess, He works with as many who believes in Christ Jesus His Son who died for the world. God instructs His Son to deposit into every child of His talents that will favor them, show that they are useful and can work with Heaven....
