Heaven's Way

Date 📅 26th November, 2022 Topic Heaven's Way Living Scripture Luke 15:8-10 KJV Either what woman having ten pieces of silver, if she lose one piece, doth not light a candle, and sweep the house, and seek diligently till she find it ? [9] And when she hath found it, she calleth her friends and her neighbours together, saying, Rejoice with me; for I have found the piece which I had lost. [10] Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth. We saw a glimpse of the wonders of Heaven yesterday touching the talents given to those in Christ Jesus and today we'll be looking at Heaven's Way. There's a way that is the will of God for every child of God to adopt. Jesus taught a parable illustrating the passion of a woman who treasures every piece of silver in her possession and loses one out of the 10 pieces of Silver. Such one treasure is lost because the enemy is never relenting and Satan's ambition is to kill, s

Heaven

Date 📅 25th November, 2022 Topic Heaven (Trading Talents) Living Scripture Matthew 25:14 KJV For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods. The Kingdom of Heaven was described by our Lord Jesus Christ in various descriptive narratives pointing out the hidden truth in several parables. Heaven contains important life lessons on the purpose of every child of God here on earth and finding it makes the will of God visible to us and achievable here on earth. This morning we see Heaven from the business man perspective, enriching and equipping His own servants with goods that are all profitable. Heaven is real and Christ Jesus only invest in His own servants. God doesn't bless a mess, He works with as many who believes in Christ Jesus His Son who died for the world. God instructs His Son to deposit into every child of His talents that will favor them, show that they are useful and can work with Heaven.

FELLOWSHIP

Date 📅 24th November, 2022 Topic Fellowship (koinonia) Living Scripture Matthew 18:20 KJV For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. Wherever believers are gathered in the name of Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, there the Lord comes to fellowship. In heaven the celestials cease not to give due worship to God and the LAMB of God, it's a constant tradition of divine communion and fellowship. It is not every gathering that men calls Jesus Christ that he attends, the scripture states that these candidates for fellowship must be in the name of Jesus Christ. They must be saved to even think of gathering for the purpose of intimacy and fellowship. Two thieves were hung up on the cross with the person of Christ, but only one that repented and believed in the Kingdom of Heaven and Christ, that received attention from Jesus. To gather in fellowship with the Lord as a family this morning, we must all be in Him. Our devotion will not be c

Divine Assistance

Date 📅 22nd November, 2022 Topic Divine Assistance Living Scripture Romans 4:19-20 KJV And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sara's womb: [20] He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; He lived by divine assistance in a time when his situation presented a sour taste. Abraham began to walk with God from the age of 75 with his wife Sarah Abraham while holding on to the promises of God as they moved on. At the time it was not easy serving God nor trusting or holding on to Him. Idolatry was very common and strange gods ruled the affairs of men without the knowledge of God. But Abraham was like a dot of righteousness in the midst of 99% of a world filled with people who are living comfortably in sin. He was divinely assisted because he believed in the voice of the LORD and held on to the word of God. His testimony was born out

The Covenant Keeper

Date 📅 21st November, 2022 Topic The Covenant Keeper Living Scripture Genesis 17:7-8 KJV And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee. [8] And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God. Hebrews 13:8 KJV - Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. This truth means more to everyone who believes in Christ Jesus. When He says a thing, He surely sees it through. Several promises and covenants have been made by men and 80-90% of them were left hanging and without fulfilment. But God has never failed to keep to His Words, a practical example as  seen above is the covenant blessing that God made with Abraham. A father of many nations when Abraham had no son nor heir, but he believed in the LORD than the natural facts whic

The Gospel of Christ

Date 📅 19th November, 2022 Topic The Gospel of Christ  Living Scripture 2 Corinthians 4:5-6 KJV For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. [6] For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. The Gospel of Christ is the truth we are sent to preach and teach and to live by, but many preach about themselves and their stories than our Lord Jesus. Apostle Paul had history but he never preached Paul, he preached and proclaimed Christ Jesus the Son of the living God. It is the gospel that saves and sustains all who believes in Christ. Many believers today carry stories of men and old fables more than the truth of God's Son and the Kingdom of Heaven. It is sad that many believers today don't even know what the Kingdom of Heaven is about! The world is filled with men wanting to model their li

Jesus the WAY..

Date 📅 17th November, 2022 Topic Jesus the WAY Living Scripture John 10:7,9 KJV Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. [9] I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. The world was void and dark, without a Savior, mankind was doomed to the pits of hell. Several just men, judges, prophets, kings and valiant men served mankind and did their best but all we can remember of them is left in our hearts and minds or a pictorial representation or monument. But none of them showed mankind the way out of pain, out of deceit, lies, shame, darkness, stagnation and confusion. It was an endless circle of reoccurring events and manipulations. Jesus Christ the Son of God was sent to earth as a gift package from God the Father to mankind loaded with the way out of darkness, sorrows, defeat and pain, into peace, love, kindness, righteousness and eternal life. In the anchor scripture, Chris

REMEDY

Date 📅 16th November, 2022 Topic Remedy Living Scripture Matthew 11:28 KJV Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Just like a Tv commercial on health issues and insurance, where certain prescriptions are prescribed to those seeking remedies physically and we see signs of relief on patients faces. This morning we're Looking at the anchor scripture touching both physical and spiritual remedy, we see a clear answer from the Son of God detailing the location or store where labour and heavy burden and oppression can be cured. Yes there's a cure to all the problems of life and challenges we face. Martha the sister of Lazarus (the man who died and was resurrected by the remedy giver) was busy with activities, though close to the remedy Himself but her burdens were too much for her to notice Christ's office and solutions. Mary her sister sat close to Jesus Christ to listen to His words of life and remedies which saved her soul. There are m

My Refuge

Date 📅 15th November, 2022 Topic My Refuge Living Scripture Psalm 91:2 KJV I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. A refuge is a place of defense and protection and shelter from an attack or war. This morning we are looking up to Jesus Christ the author and the finisher of our faith. When life and the forces of this world throw things at you, where do run to? And who will accept to take you? Every refugee camp that accepts a refugee is always prepared with shelter, food and protection. The psalmist King David was a perfect example of a refugee as he fled for his life when King Saul threatened his life even to the wilderness and forests. But there was one thing that David did, he sought after Jesus Christ everyday. His life was on the run, he hid in holes, caves and mountains and the Lord kept him from the snares of death and the noisome pestilence.  Rulers and kings in their an Cities & kingdoms failed David while he was seeking refug

Follow the Spirit of Truth

Date 📅 14th November, 2022 Topic Follow the Spirit of Truth Living Scripture John 16:13 KJV Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. The truth is paramount in every believer's life. It is also a weapon against the spirit of lie and deception. Our Lord Jesus Christ was a man of truth, He lived in the truth and spoke the truth. Since the fall of mankind from the glory of God, all have sinned and lacked the natural supernatural blessings and virtues of God originally working in the life of Adam. Man knew no sin nor ways of scheming or lying until Satan deceived the first caretaker of the earth and sin became the new normal. From that hour fast-forward to this present time men began to find it difficult to speak the truth and find it so easy to lie. For this reason and more our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ came

REJOICE IN THE LORD

Date 📅 12th November, 2022 Topic Rejoice In The Lord Living Scripture Philippians 4:4 KJV Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice. The lifestyle of Jesus Christ is one of joy despite the fact that He was acquainted with grief and a man of sorrow but He has a shock absorber that contained all the pain. He went through so many things not because He sinned but because of you and I. He walked and spread joy and happiness to all who met him and till today He is still doing good. He rejoiced at every situation, even when His beloved friend Lazarus died, He rejoiced more because He trusted the LORD more to settle the matter. When the 5000 men (households) gathered to hear the gospel and as time went by Jesus Christ as caring as ever noticed that they were hungry and needed to be fed and He rejoiced again despite the fact again that there was only five loaves of bread and two fishes. And a miracle happened after the thanksgiving offered to the LORD. Let's take out

Unending Mercy

Date 📅 11th November, 2022 Topic Unending Mercy Living Scripture 1 Chronicles 16:34 KJV O give thanks unto the Lord ; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever. Hallelujah brethren! This is the day which our Heavenly Father has made and we shall be glad and rejoice in it because His mercy and compassion is unending. When we think of the goodness of Jesus Christ in our lives we'll discover how much love He poured on us collectively and individually. On this glorious day King David sang his Psalm of Thanksgiving and adoration first unto the LORD with Asaph the chief musician on the cymbals. The ark of covenant was returning to its place in Israel after the victory over their enemies and relocation from the house of Obed-edom. It was a great day, the people fed and rejoiced at the feast of worship made by King David unto the LORD. As we start our day this morning, take time to worship God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit for all and everything you can rememb

Waiting On God

Date 📅 10th November, 2022 Topic Waiting On God Living Scripture Psalm 62:5 KJV My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him. As children of God, we must all come to this knowledge of truth that all our dependencies should be on God. When God becomes our only source of wealth, health, Joy and love then we'll be rest assured of total peace and comfort. Our Heavenly Father cares for His own as a Father, He performs His responsibilities accurately to those who diligently seek Him. The psalmist learnt to wait on God because his expectations and hope came from the LORD. When God gives, it's perfect but when we fail to wait on God for the things we need and desire, we end up suffering diverse consequences and heaping loads of problems on ourselves. David waited on the LORD for almost everything, right from when Prophet Samuel anointed him as of Israel. He never rushed to dethrone King Saul but patiently walked with God and saw the outstretched arm of

Lines In Pleasant Places

Date 📅 9th November, 2022 Topic Lines In Pleasant Places Living Scripture Psalm 16:6 KJV The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places ; yea, I have a goodly heritage. A Life of hope and peace is available to all God's children as stated in Psalm 16. The children of Israel left Egypt to Canaan land because God had provided goodness for them. They left captivity and bondage and journeyed into a land flowing with milk and honey. Just as the Word of God confirms this fact in Jeremiah 29:11 KJV For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Be rest assured this morning that the lines connecting your life, ministry, business, education or marriage are falling in pleasant places. God's favor is available if only we can ask the Father in the name of Jesus Christ His Son. For every line to fall in pleasant places we need to believe in our Lord Jesus Christ as our connector and the connect

Do Not Be Deceived

Date 📅 8th November, 2022 Topic Do Not Be Deceived  Living Scripture Luke 21:8 KJV And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them. The Kingdom of God is so close these days as men give their lives to Christ Jesus daily. And the last days are drawing nearer with several signs as foretold in the Holy scriptures. Our Lord Jesus Christ did not only come to the earth to die for our sins but to give mankind a hope and a future. He also taught earnestly the gospel in truth, He warns us (children of God) not to be deceived. Which means that we should steady our hearts and minds and concentrate on Him, forgetting the lust and pleasures of this present world.  When we are seeking the truth we'll find Jesus Christ but when we are seeking what we want and not what God designs for us then we'll befriend this world. The wisdom of men is growing rapidly today and it i

Doing Good

Date 📅  5th November, 2022 Topic Doing Good LIVING SCRIPTURE Matthew 5:44 KJV But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; The way of love in Christ Jesus is towards every soul here on earth, there's no bias with His works. The anchor scripture has often been overlooked by so many in the body of Christ due to bitterness, unforgiveness, and segregation differences towards their neighbors. Nevertheless, irrespective of culture, religion or way of life of any individual, the Word of God instructs His children to do good to everyone, extending it to even those who claim to be your enemies, hate you or even curse you and take advantage of you. This is the perfect scenerio for believers to win their hearts back to God's love by being an example of hope and love still existing here on earth because many have lost all hope in life. Some of those who hate us

Patience As a Light

Date 📅 3rd November, 2022 Topic Patience As a Light Living Scripture 2 Corinthians 12:12 KJV Truly the signs of an apostle were wrought among you in all patience, in signs, and wonders, and mighty deeds. Patience is a fruit of the Holy Spirit that reveals the truth in every situation or life of an individual. The light generated by patience reveals secrets, plans, purpose, aims, goals and hidden intentions covered in the dark. Though it may tarry for a while but it will definitely reveal the truth that sets us free. Through patience we get to discover those who are meant to be with us and those who will be kept at an arms length. True patience reveals our spiritual growth and capacity in all ramifications. The Apostle Paul was the least of the Apostles of Christ at the time but he was not intimidated by the move of God in their lives, rather he gave himself to the school of the Holy Spirit and learnt to wait on God patiently to be disciplined and led. The light of God thr
