DATE 31st January, 2023 TOPIC The throne of Grace LIVING SCRIPTURE Hebrews 4:16 KJV Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. Man since the fall of Adam and Eve have been unqualified in many ways towards things and presence of God. Sinners are often segregated and judged by saints that should be a light to them for total repentance. We see the anchor scripture welcoming God's children to the channel and direction of Grace that is made possible to all mankind through our Lord Jesus Christ. That both sinners and saints should come boldly not fearfully or doubtful but full of courage (knowing & acknowledging the sacrifice and power of Christ). In other to obtain mercy and His grace in whatsoever we desired of Him in our lives. DATE 30th January, 2023 TOPIC Giving LIVING SCRIPTURE Acts 10:2 KJV A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway. Cornelius was a dedicated man to the ways of giving and blessing the people around him because he loved God. This simple act of love and kindness is the way Christ Jesus wants us to adopt, that we should be dedicated givers. The first giver that is still dedicated to the giving commission and will still give is our Heavenly Father. The need for spiritual and physical security became a priority due to the rapid increase in crime and violence caused by man's sinful nature and the devil's influence on vulnerable souls. Some people go as far as fortifying themselves with charms and native concussion while other trust in gadgets and technology and the government to protect their lives and properties. DATE 26th January, 2023 TOPIC The Power of Salvation LIVING SCRIPTURE Romans 10:13 KJV For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. The authority inside salvation is very great that even the worst, rejects, hopeless and forgotten ones can be reconciled back to our Heavenly Father through Jesus Christ. Salvation comes to everyone irrespective of tribe or nation, it came to give light, not any kind of light but the Light that drives away darkness completely. Our Lord Jesus Christ went about as He is still doing today, seeking to save as many that will believe in Him by calling out His name. Christ Jesus has never rejected a sinner that needs His help. DATE 24th January, 2023 TOPIC No Worries LIVING SCRIPTURE 1 Peter 5:7 KJV Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. A worry can be a bug that disturbs the balance of sanity or a destructive pest eating the greens of life. Worrying makes the mind unsettled and unstable, and he that is unstable cannot reason well or function properly. This why Christ Jesus speaks to every mind this morning, telling us not to worry or fret. There's one thing that will never end also until Jesus Christ returns to take us home and that is, our cares and needs. We need this and that, we want to perform our duties and carry out responsibilities but we oftentimes fail to handle it through the right channel. Many have aged faster than their mates because of express worries and some have fallen to illness of sorts. DATE 23rd January, 2023 TOPIC The Truth LIVING SCRIPTURE John 3:3-5 KJV Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.  [4] Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?  [5] Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. Nicodemus unlike everyone else needed to find out the Truth of the Kingdom of God, how to see it and how to enter into Heaven.
